This masterclass challenges the idea that “imposter syndrome” is a personal flaw. Dana explains how the original 1978 concept of Imposter Phenomenon has been reshaped into a cultural narrative that is often misunderstood and overused.
She explores how what people often label as imposter syndrome may actually reflect pressure, expectations, environment, or other external factors, not personal deficiency. Dana also introduces strategies and tools she has designed to help people break free from this limiting term.
